Gluten-free food profusion: Fad or epidemic?
Avoiding gluten because of sensitivity or celiac disease in the United States was nearly unheard of 50 years ago, yet today it’s de rigueur. Is the disease on the rise, or is it just another pop food fixation?

I for one have celiac but didnt know I had it til almost 30 years later. I had to have surgery which left me with being on a semi soft food for the rest of my life. Could it be from genicially modified food ? who knows.
