South Korean, Russian scientists bid to clone mammoth
The scientists have signed a deal on joint research intended to re-create a woolly mammoth, an animal which last walked the earth 10,000 years ago.

In 1996, Scottish researchers shocked the world with the news that they had cloned a sheep, which they dubbed Dolly.
